An Italy-born, Portugal-based freelance photographer currently living in the Lisbon district. I specialize in portrait, lifestyle, and documentary photography, including corporate, personal branding, and creative projects.

I work on location and in the studio, indoors and outdoors, with both natural light and lighting equipment.

I’m passionate about capturing stories through a mix of documentary photography and creative portraiture.

My style is influenced by street and travel photography.

When I’m not taking photos I’m spending time with my family, making Neapolitan pizza for my friends, playing my guitar, reading, or watching new series and movies.

We cook pizza EVERY Friday.

This started during the pandemic. Our kids love this tradition so much that they say they’ll keep it going with their kids.

In 2010 we took a career break and traveled around the world for 9 months.

And we participated in a Bollywood movie with Shahrukh Khan (India’s Brad Pitt) when we were in Mumbai.

02 We’re both fluent in 3 languages: English, Portuguese, and Italian

and we lived in 3 countries: Portugal (where Romana is from and where we currently live), Ireland (where we met), and Italy (where Emanuele is from).
